Meet Our Alberta Parks Ambassadors – Emily B

Alberta Parks Ambassadors are united by a common passion for all things Alberta Parks and a desire to share their experiences. This spring, 130 people applied to take part in the Ambassador Program and from those applicants 13 were chosen to bring their adventures to life for everyone to enjoy and to inspire people to have their own Alberta Parks experience.

Through this 13 part blog series, we will introduce your Alberta Parks Ambassadors and share what they’ve been up to this summer.

Emily B

emily-bEmily has called the community of Lac La Biche home for five years and has grown to love what the community and surrounding area has to offer! Throughout the years of living in Lac La Biche, she has ventured and explored the two local Alberta Parks; Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park and Lakeland Provincial Park.

Emily thinks every trip is a unique experience – with fishing, back country camping, swimming and, of course, the opportunity to make friends and memories while experiencing and exploring all the different parks in her own backyard the adventures are endless.
